Timely neat termite treatment with updates
Bunbury District Pest Control firstly responded to a call to treat a termite infestation in some roof rafters. Their attendance was timely, their work was neat, the termites disappeared, and their updates on the process was appreciated. I decided to engage them again to install a below surface chemical barrier around the house which involved drilling through concrete pathways and pavers. The work again was neat and tidy and, as before, they were punctual and cooperative.

Removing inaccessible dead rat from roof
I had a dead decomposing Rat in an inaccessible (to normal humans) part of my roofspace. This was making the back bedroom uninhabitable with the smell! Bunbury District Pest Control offered to come and have a look to determine what they could do to help me! As well as turning up on time their messaging system let me know their approx ETA. Brandon was able to make his way past the obstacles in the roof (no small feat) locate the rat bag it and remove it. Within hours the room was starting to smell better! By the next day we were putting the room back together. We are so happy with the service they offered and the result. Friendly, professional, helpful!

Professional service rescheduling for weather
I was booked to get an ant spray and it was about to rain on the day. The technician took responsibility and advised against spraying at that time so an alternate time was arranged. They kept us up to date when they were coming so there was no guessing as to when they might arrive. A spray around the house was carried out quickly and efficiently followed by some dusting powder sprayed inside the ceiling space. It was a pleasure having friendly and professional people complete the work.
